AFRICAN VIOLETS...

Another 6" African Violet I found at Lowes, but a different Lowes from the
last one I posted.  This is a NOID (no id) but it is still very pretty.  I will
keep looking for the name.  I have posted it on the AV site so
maybe someone will know the name.

My new African Violet I found at Lowes...surprise, surprise!
I think I lucked out, they hadn't even unpacked it yet and
I opened the box and helped myself.  My friends on the AV site
I go to said it was Optimara Modesty.  It is a 6" plant
with beautiful red color on the under leaf.

 

4TH BIRTHDAY...

9-11 BIRTHDAY...

Josh turned 20 on September 11, 2012.  He said he needed clothes so
that's what he got...HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH !!!

TREE FALLS ON MY NIECE'S CAR...

My sister, Linda and her daughter, Kaira pulled into the daycare to pick up
baby William (22 months) after work on Friday.  We had been having storms
most of the day and as they got William buckled into his car seat a huge tree
fell on the car.  My sister got hit in the shoulder and Karia was
knocked to her knees.  William said it went BOOM !!!  They are all
OK !!!!!  Karia had just had her pretty red car a few weeks.  Just happy
that they are OK .... 

STORM HIT MOM'S YARD...

Damage to my Mom's back yard from the storm
that hit Arkansas on Friday.  A few other places
loss a couple of trees but nothing like
this!!!  Now for clean up.  Don't think an
almost 88 year old woman can take care of this...
