One of my FB friends posted this and  I know a lot of people will think it's not really nice, but I did have to laugh!!!

TIME OF YEAR...

I don't know what it is but Christmas is just not my time of year.  I just do what I HAVE to do. I haven't put up a tree in the last three years.  It's out in the garage but I just don't want to mess with it, same with the lights.  I even hate wrapping packages!  As for Christmas Dinner...take me out! I can't even find any of my Christmas pictures to post! Maybe I have the Baa HumBugs ;)

Our great grand daughter, Xoi, just got her new glasses and we think she is a little princess!
She is in kindergarten this year and has our hearts in the palm of her little hand ;)

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING...

We went to the Mall yesterday with everyone else in town and started our Christmas shopping.  I'm so glad my Hubby went with me, he sure came up with some good ideas (hope the family thinks so).  After shopping it was off to our favorite place for lunch...Applebee's!  I made the mistake of wearing a pair of shoes that weighted 10 pounds each and my feet will never be the same  :(  Still got to finish sometime next week....
I'm sorry people but this is just not my best time of the year....

OUR THANKSGIVING ...

          My daughter, Suzie wanted to do Thanksgiving

at her house this year and she did a beautiful job.  Hope she does it again next year.

     Here she is doing "Grandma's Cream Peas".  When Grandma Lois was alive and doing Thanksgiving she always fixed cream peas.  We still have to have them :)

     Judy, her monther-n-law fixed sweet potatoes in orange halves with a little coconut on top.  Very good!

          I don't know who is the worse...kids or Grandpa's !!!!!

will be turning 86 next Sunday and she is going like she is 66 :)
